Why Don’t You Accept Insurance?

We believe that we are able to provide a higher standard of care and provide the best treatment possible without having to deal with the constraints and challenges of the insurance industry. Without having to go through insurance we are able to provide longer doctor-patient encounters and focus on getting the patient better as quickly.

How Do I Book an Appointment?

The best way to make an appointment is to book online. You can do this by clicking the “Book an Appointment” button on the homepage or the “Schedule” button in the menu bar. If you have never seen Dr. Ptacek before choose “Initial Evaluation”, and if you have seen Dr. Ptacek before then choose “follow up”. Next, find a time that works for you and you’re all set!

How Do I Decide What Appointment Length To Select?

If you are a NEW patient, or an existing patient with a NEW complaint, you need to schedule the “Initial Evaluation” appointment. If you are coming in for a follow-up of a complaint already worked by your doctor, you may select “follow-up” appointment.

What Should I Expect During My First Appointment?

During your first appointment the doctor will spend time discussing your injury and concerns, perform an examination, begin treatment, and provide education on the injury. Recommendations for follow-up, prognosis, and at-home therapy instructions will also be discussed.

Will I Receive Treatment During My Initial Examination?

Treatment is always performed during the initial visit unless the examination reveals a contraindication to treatment, need for diagnostic imaging, or need for other further investigation before treatment can be started.

What Is The Cost of Treatment?

Treatment costs vary depending on the length of treatment. If you need an exact number, please send a text to 303-476-2454 and ask what the cost of each visit is. 

Do You Offer Discounted Rates?
  • Yes, we offer discounted rates for partnerships. Some small businesses have partnered with Kinetic. If you think you belong to one of these groups, please ask! 
  • We also provide discounts for REFERRALS! Please send in your friends and family, and enjoy a NICE discount on your next visit.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

We understand that things come up unexpectedly! For any rescheduling or cancellation of appointments we appreciate a 24 hour notice.

For any appointments that are not rescheduled at least 2 hours prior to the start of the scheduled appointment or for any missed appointments there will be a 100% cancellation fee. You will be charged 100% of the appointment total.

I See This Is A Sports Injury Clinic. What If I’m Not An Athlete?

Although we specialize in the treatment of sports injuries for athletes and active individuals, we enjoy working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Dr. Ptacek has worked in many different areas of chiropractic, but specializes in sports chiropractic. However, we see everyone as an athlete, whether you like to walk, garden, snowboard, or shoot hoops. An injury to the low back, shoulder, knee, or neck may require different considerations for different individuals but the pathology and course of treatment are relatively the same.

Yes, we love to work with teams and large groups! We’re happy to build partnerships with different sports teams to provide discounted rates and easier access to treatment.
