Kinetic Sports Medicine & Rehab utilizes cutting-edge physical rehabilitation protocols aimed at helping active individuals stay active.
We specialize in the assessment and treatment of sports-related injuries from a conservative and functional approach without the use of drugs or surgery. By treating not just the condition but the individual as a whole we are able to effectively accelerate the rehabilitation of injuries more efficiently than the often used model of rest, ice, and ibuprofen. This is accomplished by focusing treatment on the underlying issue and restoring functional biomechanics – leading to a quicker return to physical activity and a shift in focus to injury prevention and peak performance.
The nucleus of Kinetic Sports Med’s approach involves always putting the patient first and only utilizing the most effective evidence and research-based treatment protocols to help a body in motion, stay in motion.

Kat has treated clients in chronic hypertonicity since 2016. She has worked with many clients including MMA fighters, double-amputees, Olympic-trained athletes, severe scoliosis, disc herniation, etc. Her goal is to influence her clients into taking better approaches to achieve peak performance in their body by creating initial muscle manipulation.
